The Home Page can contain information
about your company. |

The Propfinder Page will be in a
similar format to the one seen on this demonstration
site. It will include the realtime currency converter
and property prices in both Euros and Pounds. Exchange
rates are updated automatically daily. |

The Price Policy Page contains the
current exchange rate from Euros to Pounds and a disclaimer
regarding prices quoted in Pounds. |

The Property Detail Page will be
similar to the one on this demonstration site and will
have links to the printer friendly versions of the information
shown and a contact form for clients to request extra
information. |

The Print a Brochure Page contains
links to three versions of your property list. The full
version showing all properties for sale, the fortnightly
version showing properties added to the database within
the last 14 days and a DIY (do it yourself) version
which allows clients to select a property list according
to property attributes. |

The Contact Page is a separate page
with all the necassary information about how to contact
you. The page includes formail with a thankyou page
after the form has been sent. |

The Customised 404 Page is a page
to point client in the right direction should they type
a web address (URI) incorrectly or use an outdated bookmark
to try and access a property that no longer exists on
your web site. A 404 page is particularly important
on dynamically driven sites (such as a site powered
by realweaver). |

heart of realweaver. From here you can match prospective
clients with the properties desire. It is possible

These pages are all described below. |

The Summary List Page lists the properties
according to the attributes that were selected by the
propfinder. If no attributes are selected all properties
for sale are shown. The list has links to the individual
properties shown on the list. |

The Printer Friendly Property List Page
is generated in the same way as the Summary List. The
list generated shows the property name, reference number,
location, sale price in Euros and a description. |

|
The Email Past List Page is generated
in the same way as the Summary List. The list generated
shows the property name, reference number, type of property,
location, sale price in Euros, description and a link
to the public web site for the property |

The Sales Report Page is generated
in the same way as the Summary List. The report shows
cost price, sale price, gross profit and summary totals
for any given time-frame. |

The Window Display Summary Page is
generated in the same way as the Summary Page. It shows
which of your properties are currently in your shop
window display and where they are situated. |

Add, Edit and Delete Property Pages.
These are the forms used to administer the information
about your properties. They are intuitive to use and
where extra clarification is required a tool tip is
used to offer assistance. |

Add, Update and Delete Images Pages.
These forms are used to upload your images to the web
server. After upload they will automatically be resized
and a thumbnail images will be generated. |

|
Administer Starbuys Page. From this
page you can select which properties you wish to appear
as Starbuys on the public web site. When a Starbuy property
is sold it is automatically withdrawn from the web site
and you will recieve an alert on the menu page of the
administration area so that you can select a new property. |

|
People Directories Pages. A searchable
directory of all your contacts. There are two versions
of this page, a screen version with clickable links
to a full information page for each contact and also
a printable version. |

|
Administer Users Page. This is where
you can add or delete users. Only a user with manager
status can add or delete users. |
| |
|
|
Administer Areas Pages. When a property
to be sold is in a new area not currently in the database
you can add it here. |
| |
|
|
Administer Agent IDs. If you wish
to allocate a specific agent ID to your properties this
is the page where you add them. This feature is ideal
for real estate agents with more than one office. |

|
Administer Dropdown Lists Pages.
These pages allow you a measure of control over how
the dropdown prices appear in the public and admin propfinder.
If you have added a property that is out of the range
of prices in the dropdown lists you will receive an
alert on the menu page. |

Show, Add, Edit and Delete Clients Pages.
These are the pages used to show and administer your
clients. From these pages you can also add payment details
for your clients. |

These are the pages used to show and administer your
