The Realweaver Feature List

	All your properties online with up to nine images per property.
	Properties searchable with realweaver's propfinder. The simple propfinder for the public web site and an advanced propfinder for the administration area.
	Property prices displayed in both Euros and Pounds with exchange rates updated automatically daily.
	Currency Converter. A realtime Euros < - > Pounds currency converter both on the public web site and the administration area.
	Printer friendly property brochures. A brochure for every property. Two types available either with or without images.
	Printer friendly property listings. Three versions are available on the Print a Brochure page of the public web site. The full list, the fortnightly list and a DIY list, whilst the administration area enables production of more precise property lists based on attributes selected from the advanced propfinder.
	An email paste list. This list is produced with the advanced propfinder. The list is suitable for pasting into an email and contains links to their associated properties on the public web site.
	Property Sales Report. A sales report showing properties sold and gross profit which can be generated for any given time-frame via the advanced propfinder finder.
	Starbuys. Up to five Starbuys can be placed on various pages of your web site. Starbuys are a great way to feature selected properties. They can be changed from the administration area by the click of a button.
	People Directory. Gathering together the contact details of the people you deal with. There are two versions of the People Directory, the online version with clickable email links and a printer friendly version. The directory is searchable.
	Clients information. When a client makes an offer on a property the client can be associated with the property under offer. It is possible to maintain a record of monies paid and owed by the client.
	Lawyers, Vendors and Contacts information. Important contact and other information can be recorded about the people you deal with. Vendors are associated with their properties and Lawyers associated with their respective clients and vendors.
	Secure administration area. Obviously some of the information held in the database is for private use only. Access to the administration area is only possible with a Username and Password. There are three possible access levels available. Manager, Administrator and Staff.
	Database backup. Your information is valuable, for this reason we ensure that your entire database is backed daily to a secure location on a separate sever.
	Free support. Although the realweaver database system is easy to use, it can seem daunting at first glance. We have provided tool tips to help you with most pages but, there may be times when you simply need to ask "How do I do this?" Don't hesitate to email with you queries, we will endeavour to help you to the best of our abilities.
