The house has been built on a plot of approximately 1,000 sq m with the sloping portion of the land, with its hidden cave, being left "natural" with trees and bushes. Sufficient area has been left for the future construction of a swimming pool if so desired.

There is a covered garage space for two cars and an outhouse planned to accommodate the boiler of a central heating system. This is not installed at present but the necessary pipes have been incorporated in the house construction.
